After 12 years of living in St Louis, we’ve finally found a skilled and trustworthy plumber. Arch Plumbing was quick to schedule our appointment and answered the questions we asked. Chris was kind, honest, helpful, and did a great job diagnosing our issue and fixing it. We never felt like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t need ( a common experience we’ve had with another local plumber). The cost of the repair was fair. I’ll recommend Arch Plumbing to all of my friends and neighbors should they need it.

Tony came out to work on my hot water heater. He gave me a couple of text messages to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he worked very diligently on my project and explained everything that he did! Very professional and well done!!

Arch Plumbing- Tony produced us with great service at a reasonable price. He replaced builder installed plastic supply couplings and added a valve on our service pipe. Tony was able to fix our loose kitchen faucet which 3 others failed to do. He was quick, thorough, and professional. When we need plumbing services in the future we will call Arch and request Tony.

Arch Plumbing came out to install our new sink and not only were they on time, they also checked the hardness of my water for me. They were professional and made sure our sink and new faucet were working and answered my questions. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I recommend Arch Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I just had a great experience replacing a 50 gallon water heater with Tony Bayless, the lead plumber. I really like the fact that they do mission trips to help kids in need. Their prices are better than most. They are a family owned local business. Yes of course, they are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.

Tony came and fixed our gas line to our dryer and installed a new garbage disposal. Tony was very professional and got done quickly. Everything looks great and works as expected. Will definitely call for future needs!

I had a shutoff valve replaced that I was unable to reach myself. They were able to get to me in less than a week. The plumber was a little late, but he called to let me know, which is all I ask. He was courteous, friendly, didn't make a mess, did the job quickly and professionally. I'd have no problem recommending them to a friend.
